Hi everybody, I have a trouble in my website, please give me some advice. Thanks so much.

I have 3 sharepoint lists:

-  Departments

Field:

   Title (name of department)

- Employees

Field:

   Title (name of employees)

Department (Lookup to data of Departments)

- EmployeesTask (Store all tasks of the employees)

Field:

   Title (Name of task)

Department (Lookup to data of Departments)
   Employees
(Lookup to data of Employees)

I’m using SPServices.SPCascadeDropdowns to filter employees by department. When I create a new EmployeesTask I want choice employees of another department accept it. But when I choice another department the Employees selected value will be remove.

So how can I keep it?

Choice Tim and Masa

Choice Accounting department

SPCascadeDropdowns is doing what you're asking it to do: if you switch Department, then there is a different set of Employees, so the selection is cleared.  If you don't want the available Employees to depend on Department, then you should remove the relationship you've created with SPCascadeDropdowns between them.

What you're trying to do is just different than the way the function works.  You can either clone it and adapt it to work the way you want or remove it and write your own.
