For some reason I cannot get all rows returned. It appears to not work. I am only getting 30 rows returned....

$().SPServices.SPFilterDropdown({
 relationshipList: "SomeList",
 relationshipListColumn: "Title",
 columnName: "Servers",
 CAMLQuery: "<Eq><FieldRef Name='Column6'/><Value Type='Text'>" + myParameter + "</Value></Eq>",
 CAMLRowLimit: 0,
 completefunc: null
});

What's happening? Are you getting some of the rows you want? Is Column6 a text column?

Marc,

Yes I am getting back some of the rows and is the correct data. When I look at the relationshipList there is 109 rows returned based on the "myParameter" value but the dropdown only shows 30. Yes, column6 is a text column, the list was an import from excel hence the column6 name.

Ok, this is strange. I just made a change to the myParameter value, did a lookup on the relationshiplist and changed the rowlimit to 2000. I return 8383 rows from the relationshiplist based on the new myParameter value and now the column sees more than 30 returned and may now be closer to the rowlimit of 2000, too hard to count. So it appears for some reason the rowlimit: 0 is not working as it should...

Try just doing a GetListItems using the same options and see if you get what you expect.

Did that and found a typo in another SPServices call, fixed that and lo and behold...ugh, hate when that happens.

Anyway to grab the selected values from this dropdown and populate a multiline text area with them?

Hey, it's called "programming" and we have "bugs". ;+)

Sure. Do you know how to find the right element with the Developer Tools?
