SPCascadeDropdown on pages other than NewForm.aspx, EditForm.aspx

I was wondering, can SPCascadeDropdown we used on .aspx pages other than NewForm.aspx, EditForm.aspx etc ..
For instance, could you add the code on "somePage.aspx" via "New Item Form > Custom List Form"?

Generally speaking, yes. The function looks for columns in the page based on the markup it expects in the default list forms. Therefore, it really depends on how much customization you are doing in your Custom List Form.
