GetListItems in Firefox returns error SP2013.1 JQ 1.10.1

Hi,
In SPServices 2013.1 with JQuery 1.10.1 I am able to query a list in Sharepoint on IE8, Firefox, and Chrome.

However, in Firefox, I get this error message when the Post data is returned:
mismatched tag. Expected: </input>.
<div><input></div>
I still get my expected output data, which is great news.
In SPS 0.7.2 with JQ 1.8.2 the same script runs with no errors in Firefox.

Should this be reported as a bug, or is there a known fix?
Thanks for this excellent library!

Eric:

Can you show your code? Each browser has slightly different error checking.

Hi, here is a sample of the code that I have placed in an HTML file. I appreciate any suggestions on error checking for Firefox in this case...
<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript">
 $(document).ready(function() {
    var list = new Array();
 <!-- INSERT SPservices -->
  $().SPServices({
    operation: "GetListItems",
    async: false,
    webURL: "https://insertwebhere.com/",
    <!-- The name of the target LIST -->
    listName: "My Catalog",
    <!-- The CAML VIEW -->
    CAMLViewFields: "<ViewFields><FieldRef Name='Description'/></ViewFields>",

    <!-- The CAML QUERY : Where title -->
   CAMLQuery:"<Query><Where><Eq><FieldRef Name='Title' /><Value Type='Text'>My Title</Value></Eq></Where></Query>",
     <!-- The CAML OPTIONS - pending -->
     <!-- The CAML Results -->
    completefunc: function (xData, Status) {
      $(xData.responseXML).SPFilterNode("z:row").each(function() {
        var liHtml = "<li>" + $(this).attr("ows_Description") + "</li>";
        $("#tasksUL").append(liHtml);

      });
    }

        });
   });
  </script>

I don't see anything obvious, but obviously this isn't your real code.

Where is the error showing up?

I'm not able to reproduce this. Can either of you send me something that I could try?

Thanks,

Hi, my example is behind an intranet firewall, do you know of a public SP instance I may use to upload and test cases?
