Hello!

I'm using SPServices 2013.01 with jQuery 1.8.3 on SharePoint 2010.

In SharePoint I've a page that loads a content editor webpart. The webpart uses SPServices to retrieve some contents from db.

So this is my code:
<script type="text/javascript">
$(document).ready(function() {

  $().SPServices({
    operation: "GetListItems",
    webUrl: 'http://mysite',
    async: false,
    listName: "myListName",
    CAMLViewFields: "<ViewFields Properties='True' />",
[etc...]
I've tried also with the trailing slash at the end of "http://mysite".

On my dev SP machine I can retrieve the content with no problems, but in production SP is a little different scene because the page where I want to show the content is under /Documents/myPage.apsx (/DocumentsWP/myWebPart.txt) but the list is directly under the root (at /myListName).

I thought using "webUrl:" could be ok, but I've not obtained results.

Could you help me?

Thanks!

There's a bug in 2013.01 with root level calls, e.g., https://spservices.codeplex.com/workitem/10165

If you provide the option:
webURL: "/"
the call should work.
