Support for Calculated Column (SPDisplayRelatedInfo)

description

Discovered while using SPDisplayRelatedInfo to output a calculated column.

When calculated columns are outputted (at least in this application), "string;#" is appended to the beginning of the field contents.
Favorable results were obtained to remove this prefix by adding a case for calculated columns to showColumn() in v0.4.6.

case "Calculated":
outString = columnValue.substring(columnValue.search(";#") + 2);
break;

Each different type of Calculated result is prefixed by a different string to indicate value type: string, float, or datetime. I'm just stripping that off and outputting the value for now. Examples:

string;#Massachusetts (MA) -> Massachusetts (MA)
float;#40050.5852314815 -> 40050.5852314815
datetime;#2009-08-25 14:02:44 ->2009-08-25 14:02:44
