We're going to need allot more than 1 sentence to help you.

What's the error? Can you post you code? Is your Task list relationships set up correctly? Can you describe what you expect to happen using cumb and list names?

Ditto. We can't help you unless you give us a lot more info.

we using the following script in our SharePoint 2013 Task list:
<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript">
      ExecuteOrDelayUntilScriptLoaded(loadCascadingDDL, "sp.js");
      function loadCascadingDDL()
                                       relationshipList: "{65A26C96-D336-4AE1-BCB4-3F0795F86824}",
                                       relationshipListParentColumn: "Company",
                                       relationshipListChildColumn: "Title",
                                       parentColumn: "Account",
                                       childColumn: "MainContact",
The same script working fine in custom list. but it is not working in Task list. All column name and internal name same in custom list and Task List.

We debug the Task List following error is displayed in the script:
SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'push' of undefined or null reference
jquery.SPServices-2013.01.js, line 1407 character 4

SCRIPT5043: Accessing the 'caller' property of a function or arguments object is not allowed in strict mode
init.js, line 1 character 24423

At first glance, you have an extra comma in this line, which in IE it could cause an issue:
childColumn: "MainContact",
Although, I'm not sure it is the cause of the problem... Can you add 'debug: true' to the call to see if SPServices reports any errors?

You're not wrapping things in $(document).ready(), so the page isn't loaded when your code runs.

I don't think that you have jQuery loaded correctly.

There are so many things wrong here, that I really suggest you simply read the documentation.
