SPServices.SPFilterDropdown returns undefined

Feb 5, 2015 at 7:21 PM
I have verified that in my form the filterdropdown is working but it shows all values as undefined.

Is there something additional I need to add to my form to show the values on the dropdown.

Here is my code.

relationshipList: "People",
relationshipListColumn: "Full_x0020_Name",
columnName: "Project Lead",
CAMLQuery: "<Eq><FieldRef Name='Active'/><Value Type='Boolean'>0</Value></Eq>",
completefunc: null,
debug: true

Odds are your relationshipList structure is incorrect or your column names aren't right in the function call. Are you getting any error from the debug option?

I am not receiving any error from the debug option.

The column I am trying to filter has a display name of Project Lead in a list called Project Management. This is a look up column that is getting its data from a list called People. The display name of the column it is looking up is Full Name. The internal field name is Full_x0020_name.

The field I want to filter on is called active and is in the list People.

It seems as though you're doing things right (but be careful with capitalization). You might want to look at the results coming back from the GetListItems call to see if it looks right.

I haven't done that before. Would this be done adding a function to view this?

Well don't I feel silly. Helps to triple check field names. Turns out it was FullName not Full_x0020_Name.

Thanks for you help and the quick response to trouble shoot.
